Hey there, I’m Kim.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner — basically, a resilience and realness expert.
Over three decades in the corporate world (purple hair and all), I’ve done just about everything — from admin to executive leadership to coaching and consulting. Along the way, I’ve seen how talented leaders — especially women — can get caught in the pressure to perform, conform, and keep it all together. The result? Dimming their own brilliance to fit someone else’s mold.
I’m known for being 100% real — a storyteller with a strategic mind, a no-nonsense edge, and just enough quirky fun to keep things honest.
Beyond coaching leaders to align performance and wellbeing, I’ve written a book, hosted a radio show before podcasts were cool, and spent years championing leadership that’s both human and high-impact.
My mission is simple: to help leaders shed the noise, reclaim their voice, and lead with clarity, integrity, and energy — the essence of my very own VIBE Leadership approach.

Ravenclaws unite! I’ve listened to every Harry Potter audiobook (huge shoutout to the Broadway actor who does all the voices) and watched the movies more times than I’ll admit. My robes — and a few other outfits — hang proudly in my closet, and I’ve made the pilgrimage to Harry Potter World. I love getting lost in the magic of those characters. If we’re on a video call, see if you can spot Hedwig in the background.

This one deserves an explanation. I’ve been obsessed with Nicolas Cage for years — I love his unapologetic authenticity (and, honestly, he’s not a bad actor). During a visit to a Houston art gallery, I fell in love with an artist’s style and commissioned two portraits — one of a famous golfer for my husband, and one of Cage for myself. It still brings me joy every day and never fails to make my friends laugh when they see it. A daily reminder that confidence and self-expression are always in style.
