The person behind
the practice.

I didn't start Sage because I read a book about leadership. I started it because I spent over two decades inside the system - at PwC and beyond - watching the same pattern repeat: high-performing leaders who looked successful on the outside were quietly burning out, disengaging, and losing themselves to the pressure of constant performance.

That pattern became impossible to ignore. So I built something to fix it.

What I actually do in the room.

I blend evidence-based leadership strategy with a deep understanding of the human dynamics that drive - or undermine - company performance. I'm known for being direct, honest, and creating psychological safety in high-stakes environments.

I help leaders have the conversations they've been avoiding.

Kim on stage is not a lecture.
It's an experience.

I've spoken to audiences across the globe - from corporate boardrooms to international summits - and every room gets the same thing: no slides full of bullet points, no scripted keynote, no sitting politely while someone talks
at you.

My sessions are interactive, high-energy, and disarmingly honest. People laugh. People get uncomfortable. People often leave different than they walked in.

SIGNATURE TOPICS

  • The Belonging Escape Room™ — an interactive experience that shows teams what psychological safety actually feels like, not just what it sounds like in a training manual.

  • The Lost Art of You™ — what happens when high performers lose themselves in the roles they play, and how to come back.

  • Leading Without the Mask — authentic leadership in cultures that reward performing.

  • The Good Girl Exit™ — how societal conditioning shapes women's leadership, and what to do about it.

Custom topics available. If you have a room and a challenge, I'll build the talk around it.

WHERE I’VE SPOKEN

PwC (global leadership development and wellbeing), The Gross Global Happiness Summit at The University for Peace (Costa Rica), The World Happiness Coalition (Knoxville, TN), New Mexico Society of CPAs, and Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails.

There’s another side to this work.

I’m also the founder of The Good Girl Exit - a personal coaching experience for women shedding societal conditioning and returning to their authentic selves. While Sage serves businesses and teams, The Good Girl Exit serves the individual woman.

Both are rooted in the same belief: that performance without authenticity is unsustainable, and that real transformation starts with honesty.
